Campground Guidelines

To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and relaxing experience for all guests, please review the following campground policies.

Reservations
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure all reservations.
  • While guests may request a specific campsite, site numbers cannot be guaranteed or confirmed at the time of booking. To accommodate various camper and RV sizes, campsite assignments are finalized based on availability and campground requirements. 
Payment & Check-Out
  • Full payment is required upon check-in. 
  • By making a reservation occupying a campsite, guests agree to comply with all campground rules, regulations, and cancellation policies. 
  • Requests for late check-out must be made through the campground office and are subject to availability.
  • Unauthorized late check-outs are subject to a minimum $35 administration fee. 
  • Guests must check out with the campground office before departure
  • Campsites must be left clean and in the same condition in which they were found. All garbage must be placed in designated receptacles, and campfires must be completely extinguished. 
  • Management reserves the right to charge a clean-up fee if a site requires additional cleaning. 
Reservation Changes
  • Changes to reservation dates or campsite locations may be accommodated, subject to availability.
Campsite Availability
  • Unreserved campsites are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. 
  • Camping units include tents, tent trailers, travel trailers, truck campers, fifth wheels, and motorhomes. 
Quiet Hours
  • Quite hours are in effect daily from 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. 
  • Excessive noise and the use of loud equipment are prohibited during this time. 
  • Continued disturbances after a warning may result in eviction. 
Late Arrivals
  • Reserved sites will be held until 11:00 a.m. the following day. 
  • Campsites will not be held beyond one night without prior approval. 
  • Reservations not honored or cancelled will be considered a no-show, and all fees will be forfeited. 
  • Fees apply for any night a campsite is held. 
Cancellation Policy
  • Cancellations with a minimum 7 nights’ notice, you will receive a refund of 100% minus the set reservation fee.
  • Cancellations with less than 7 days’ notice prior to arrival date, no refund will be awarded.
  • Failure to cancel a reservation or failure to arrive will result in the forfeiture of all fees. 
  • Refunds will not be issued due to unfavorable weather conditions. 
  • Requests for refunds due to medical circumstances must be submitted in writing to the Joint Campground Committee for consideration.
Temporary Removal of Camping Units
  • Campsites will be considered vacant if the camping unit is removed unless prior arrangements have been made with campground management. 
  • Under no circumstances may a campsite be sublet or transferred to another party. 
  • Motorhomes and truck campers may temporarily leave their site provided management has been notified and the vehicle information is recorded on the permit. 
  • The campground reserves the right to rent a temporarily vacated site when necessary.
Campsite Regulations
  • Each campsite is intended for one camping unit. 
  • Where space permits, one additional tent and a dining tent may be allowed. 
  • Campsites must be maintained in a clean and sanitary condition at all times. 
  • Campfires are permitted only in designated fire pits and must never be left unattended. 
  • Fire pits and picnic tables must remain on their assigned sites. 
  • Garbage must be placed in designated containers to help maintain a clean campground and reduce wildlife concerns. 
  • Only one electrical service can be used per campsite. 
  • Maintenance staff are not responsible for moving personal items to perform grounds maintenance. 
  • Nails, screws, or other objects may not be attached to trees. 
Pets
  • Pets must be supervised, leashed, and under control at all times. 
  • Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their animals. 
  • Pets are not permitted in washroom facilities. 
  • Excessive barking or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
  • A maximum of two pets per campsite is permitted. 
General Campground Rules
  • Firewood is available for purchase at the campground office and must be transported to campsites by guests. 
  • Registered guests are responsible for the conduct of all visitors. 
  • Parking is permitted only in designated areas. Unauthorized vehicles may be towed at the owner’s expense. 
  • Vandalism and damage to campground property will not be tolerated and may result in prosecution. 
  • Any tampering with campground infrastructure will result in immediate eviction and may lead to legal action. 
  • Any campsite modifications or additional structures, including decks, sheds, flower beds, or other installations, must receive written approval from the Joint Campground Committee before construction or placement. 
  • Threatening, abusive, or disruptive behavior towards guests, staff, or board members will not be tolerated and may result in immediate eviction without refund. 
  • The campground speed limit is 10 km/h.
  • Please drive cautiously, as children frequently play throughout the campground. 
  • Registered guests are responsible for ensuring all family members, visitors, and guests comply with campground regulations. 
  • Failure to comply with campground rules or payment obligations may result in eviction. 
  • Management reserves the right to refuse service. 
  • The campground is not responsible for losses resulting from fire, accidents, theft, weather events, or circumstances beyond its control.
